陈佩莹律师是陈韵云律师事务所合伙人。陈佩莹律师拥有三十余年法律从业经验，在并购、投资、劳动就业、房地产和相关税务问题等领域经验丰富。她经常协助跨国公司进行收购、谈判和尽职调查，同时就监管事项提供合规建议。陈律师还经常就跨境就业和薪酬事宜提供法律咨询，并为客户起草劳动合同、员工手册及公司规章制度。在房地产方面，她代表客户进行买卖、租赁,并为信贷和融资协议, 以及证监会合规等提供法律咨询。
陈律师曾获得2020和2021年度并购国际咨询专家奖。
