Dominic Hui has over a decade of experience in dispute resolution, and has been identified by Asia Law & Practice as one of Asia's Leading Lawyers in Dispute Resolution.

Dominic has been representing multi-national groups in global litigation involving shareholders’ disputes and commercial transactions in which intellectual property rights are aggressively pursued or defended. In the conduct of the litigation, he has devised pro-active strategy to cause early settlement and protection/enhancement of market share of client's products or services.

Dominic has recently acted for a market leader in the garment industry in a series of cross-jurisdictional legal battles involving the invalidation of the opponent's existing intellectual property rights which led to a landslide victory that has been widely published.

Dominic also acts for clients in transactional intellectual property matters, involving licensing, franchising, manufacturing agreement, M&A for IPO, and assignment and license back arrangements in Hong Kong and China.
