David Tsai has over 13 years standing in intellectual property area. He has represented multi-nationals in protecting their entire brand porfolio in Hong Kong and China. He handles both prosecution and infringement actions, at judicials and administrative levels, for both trademark and patent in Hong Kong and China. David is an active and regular attendee of international conferences such as INTA and APAA.

David has acted for renowned Japanese brand of electric and electronic goods in protecting its trademark rights in China, including successfully obtained injunctive reliefs and fine against an infringer operated by a member of National Committee, Chinese People's Political Committee Conference.

David has extensive experiences in monitoring conterfeiting, planning anti-counterfeiting actions, providing trademark watch services, enforcement strategies and brand management. He also acted for a leading informational technology group in Hong Kong in listing of securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

In 2006 and 2007, David has been identified by the AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers surveys as one of Asia's Leading Lawyers for Intellectual Property.
