Ministry of Justice to establish two law offices in the People's Republic

Trainee
Solicitors for 2008
We invite applications for traineeship for 2008. We offer: -
Six
months seat in each of our department. Trainees are entrusted with working
on cases and not merely research duties. Client
exposure is encouraged. An
annual starting package of up to HK$300,000, together with performance
based bonus. Our
own CPD courses and trainees are expected to participate. An
opportunity to work in either our Beijing and Shanghai office for 3
to 6 months.

Patent Attorney
With experience in patent prosecution, re-examination,
invalidation and litigation proceedings. Capability in counseling on
validity, patentability and infringement analysis. Technical background
may either be chemical/biotech/mechanical/electric fields. Experience
in software and video games an advantage.
Patent Specialist/Paralegal
To assist in prosecution and enforcement issues. We provide
training and opportunity to participate in international conference on
patent issues. Candidates should have a technical/science degree, preferably
experience as a paralegal.
PRC Trademark
Attorney
With experience in trademark prosecution, review, opposition,
