	International Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
	Our senior partner, Ms. Vivien Chan has been, since September 1997, appointed Arbitrator of CIETAC for financial institutions and international trade, and South China Arbitration Commission. The firm is retained in international litigation and has conducted ITC proceedings in Washington DC, acted as local counsel for multi jurisdiction injunction proceedings in UK courts, and international arbitration under leading institutional rules.

	Litigation
	In litigation, we work towards the goal of structuring a cost-effective and result-orientated litigation plan responsive to commercial needs for clients. To that end, we help clients to develop and collate evidence define case strategy, and evaluate risks and benefits in the choice of forum and the means of dispute resolution.

	The firm has been retained as litigation counsel for multi-nationals from numerous industries. Our litigation lawyers are admitted to practice in both common law and civil code jurisdictions, and have multi-lingual ability. We have thus been retained as lead counsel in cross-border litigations and are experienced in both single forum and multi-forum litigation. We litigate for clients in first instance, provincial, federal and appellate courts, administrative tribunals and taxation board of reviews.
